The International Leaders Council of Harvest International Alliance of Ministries is the advisory council for the development of workshops, seminars and conferences sponsored by HIAM. The council consists of church leaders from various cities in the USA and other nations. These leaders serve as a “think tank” and clearinghouse for ministry development and church planting strategies and conferences.
We recognize and affirm those leaders who are called to be apostles. We also consecrate men and women who have been selected to serve in the office of bishop. Consecration and Affirmation Services are directed by the Presiding Apostle. Pastors who oversee a minimum of 7 churches or ministries may apply for consecration to serve these groups as their bishop.
