Mission Statement
This ministry provides the information and forums that promotes excellence in all areas of church life. This will be done through seminars (on-site), monthly articles, printed materials, power point shows, email groups and workshops.

- Make sure every ministry leader is serving in the area bet suited for them
- Make sure every ministry leader is trained.
- Ministry leaders understanding their function (scriptural role) to the body in which they serve
- Ensure ministry leaders have a teachable spirit and can teach others
