It is important that as people come to be a part of visiting and soul winning  that they have prospects (names of lost people) and directions to their house so that you make as many contacts in one night as possible.  Always keep the main thing the main thing and that is to share the gospel of Jesus Christ and give the person the opportunity to be saved. 
 

The pastor and the church are impacted as a new convert come into the body bringing their gifts to be used of the Lord.  These new Christians are excited about what Jesus has done for them.  By saving them, they are energized by the power of the Holy Spirit and their excitement is contagious. This energy can soon be caught by the Church and

Everybody wants to get in the work of sharing the good news of Salvation.

HIAM will provide leaders to come teach, and equip the people to become soul winners.  There will be materials provided to each Pastor, Director of Evangelism, and Evangelism Committee.
